The service
InkName uses AI to generate suggested Chinese names and downloadable digital goods (calligraphy art print, copybook, seal, share cards). Names are for cultural and personal inspiration; they are not official translations, legal name changes, or guaranteed to be unique.
Payments & refunds
Unlocking a name is a one-time purchase of digital goods (calligraphy art print, copybook, seal, and share cards), delivered instantly as a download. Creem acts as our merchant of record and handles billing, payment, and any applicable taxes.
Because the files are delivered immediately, all sales are final and purchases are generally non-refundable once the download has been accessed. We will, however, issue a full refund if a technical problem prevented delivery — for example, your download or generation failed, you were charged more than once, or you were billed but never received the unlocked content. To request a refund, email us within 14 days at support@getinkname.com with your order details and we'll make it right.
Eligibility
This service is intended for users aged 18 and over. By using InkName you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from children; if you believe a minor has used the service, contact us and we'll delete the associated record.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to generate offensive content or to circumvent usage limits. We may rate-limit or refuse service to prevent abuse.
Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid.
